Shavone Rhoden, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Shavone Rhoden grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of North Florida and her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Howard University College of Dentistry.
Dr. Rhoden entered the dental field because of her passion for building others’ confidence. From a young age, she witnessed and heard about her father’s disappointing dental experience and became inspired to learn more about dentistry and to give to those in need. Working a summer job at a prosthodontist‘s office opened doors to that dream.
Her favorite aspect of dentistry is the immediate gratification of restoring one’s smile. The art, the creativity, the community of guests and staff, and being in an evolving profession are just some of the highlights that fulfill her when working in this field.
Outside of the office, Dr. Rhoden enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, working out, family gatherings, volunteering, and playing with her dog.
