Dr. Joe Reynolds grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Arizona, and his DDS at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California. 
 
Dr. Reynolds entered the dental field because of a combination of his passions in art, medicine, and service. His favorite aspects of dentistry are empowering patients with knowledge and crossing the finish line of treatment together. 
 
Outside of the office, Dr. Reynolds enjoys all things outdoors including hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, and golfing. 

Dr. Jackeline Hernandez grew up in the west side of Puerto Rico. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Puerto Rico Aguadilla Campus and her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at The University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus, School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Hernandez entered the dental field because she is passionate about art, science and helping others. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is educating others about oral health and return confidence, health, and smiles back to her guest.

Outside of the office, she enjoys doing Cross Fit, outdoors activities, traveling, baking and dancing.

Dr. Chavda is a native Houstonian. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training in Washington, DC at Howard University Hospital and its affiliated hospitals, including Washington Hospital Center, DC VA, and Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Chavda had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Jeffrey C. Posnick, a pioneer in craniofacial and orthognathic surgery. He has published multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Chavda practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with an emphasis on out-patient anesthesia and dentoalveolar procedures, including wisdom tooth removal and dental implants.

Dr Andrew Kim has provided optimal oral health care to patients with a focus in Periodontics and Implantology since 2009. He completed a 3-year full-time residency at University of Southern California, Los Angeles in Advanced Periodontics and completed a Masters of Science degree in Craniofacial Biology. Dr. Kim received his dental school education at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, San Francisco.

Dr. Kim is an expert in advanced treatment of gum disease, cosmetic procedures to aesthetically enhance smiles, and dental implants that can replace single or multiple missing teeth. Dr. Kim has lectured nationally and internationally in the topics of implantology, implants in the aesthetic area, cosmetic soft tissue plastic surgery, and periodontal treatment.

He believes in approaching cutting-edge periodontal services with personalized care to create an excellent patient experience. He has surgically placed thousands of dental implants and conducted the most advanced surgical procedures. He enjoys getting to know his patients, happy to answer questions regarding treatment expectations and recovery. He understands that receiving periodontal treatment can be intimidating and focuses on maximizing patient comfort.

During his personal time, Dr. Kim enjoys traveling, sailing, and spending time with his family.
