At Harvard School of Public Health Summer Program in Quantitative Sciences, Dr. Jackson, Jr. learned how science and math can have an intimate relationship, and he pursued an undergraduate degree in mathematics followed by an academic scholarship to pursue post-graduate education at the New York University College of Dentistry. To become a true master, he knew more was needed of him and completed a residency program in Brooklyn, New York where him and his team treated almost 48,000 patients in just twelve months. After this arduous, yet rewarding journey, he is more prepared and motivated than ever to combine his scientific acumen and artistic skill for the rest of his life, and give you the perfect smile you have always desired.

Recently relocated to North Carolina, Dr. Jackson Jr. hails from the big apple. Born and raised in Long Island, New York, he is the first doctor in his family, but has a long list of accolades. An avid learner with the desire to master his passions, he taught himself the art of music at a very young age.

He wrote and produced songs in a homemade studio which received tremendous applause from his fans. He wanted to share this talent with his community and performed as his church’s solo drummer every Sunday since his teens. Unbeknownst to him, this was the same church where he would propose to the love of his life several years later! On other days, he trained in martial arts, boxing and Jiu Jitsu, but he had one more interest – science.

Say hello to Dr. Henry Jackson, Jr.! 

Dr. Ajay Nathani was born and raised in South India. After college, he came to the US to pursue his dental career. He graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Southern California. During his training he received extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of dental diseases. He volunteered as a student doctor for USC mobile clinic where he got the opportunity to travel to local schools and assisted living facilities to treat kids and geriatric patients.

Dr. Nathani offers comprehensive dental services which include exams, cleaning, teeth whitening, composite fillings, extractions, crown and bridge, root canal treatment, complete and partial dentures. Dr. Nathani is also a certified Invisalign provider.

Providing quality and compassionate care to his patients is his utmost priority. He always strives to address his patients’ concerns while providing a comfortable and painless experience.

In his free time, Dr. Nathani enjoys cooking, gardening, drawing and being outdoors. 

Dr. Jasenna Johnson is a native North Carolinian. She completed her undergraduate studies at UNC-Chapel Hill and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee.

After graduation, Dr. Johnson relocated to our nation’s capital where she completed her specialty training at Howard University’s College of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics. She loves her profession and is excited to create a beautiful smile for you! Dr. Johnson is proficient in laser therapy treatment, complex interdisciplinary cases and management of orthognathic surgery cases. 

Dr. Johnson is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) and the American Dental Association (ADA). She is also a member of the North Carolina Dental Society, Old North State Dental Society and Chatham County Chamber of Commerce.

When not creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Johnson enjoys time well spent with her husband, children and closely-knit family. Together they love to travel and watch a little HGTV to unwind.
