I hate the dentist, but hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had.. Still don’t like going, but this is an amazing staff from when you walk in until you walk out.. Aside from my mouth being extremely violated(for good reason)! The team made the root canal quick and pain free! Can’t say, “I can’t wait to go back!”, but this place definitely makes it’s easier. Should’ve listened to my mom and taken better care of my teeth.. Lol

This experience has been better than I expected. I went in for 3 wisdom extractions, the staff was amazing, from the front desk who welcomed me enthusiastically, the anesthesiologist was super kind as well, last but not least Dr.Lee was patient, he made me feel safe. He was thorough, and meant business. I woke up and felt great. It’s 2 days post surgery and still No pain. I owe that to lots of Prayer. Other than that this was a great experience. This is my first time at this particular Ideal Dental in Kingwood. No shade on the Ideal Dental in New Caney. Im just a person who likes to see 1 possibly 2 dentist. I dont like a host of different folks working in my mouth. So this Ideal Dental in Kingwood was very clean, nice atmosphere and great customer service. The Dentist presented himself with confidence and care. He is also a good listener and explains procedures/process etc in a professional manner. I will recommend this dentist to several people. This was just my first appointment . So far the service has been AMAZING and everyone is super sweet and friendly! I love that I was able to get in right away and I have another appointment tomorrow to have a temporary crown put on and then approximately 3 weeks later I will get the permanent crown. I will update my review after each appointment. If all goes well with the crown, I may make them my permanent dentist office just because the staff is so sweet and friendly!

I love it here Dr. Jackson and Marsha are always wonderful and kind. They are fast but efficient but if you have any questions are willing to answer they able to set up a payment plan for the bigger dental procedure I needed and the prices are affordable for the things insurance wouldn’t cover.
