I went in with tooth pain and was told I needed a root canal. Immediately panicked and was in tears. Dr. Pinckney explained everything and eased my fears with her knowledge and pleasant demeanor. The whole process for the root canal was just about a little over an hour. HIGHLY IMPRESSED with Dr. Pinckney and will be returning for future needs. I hate that I don’t remember the woman’s name who explained the costs and treatment plan to me but she also was a gem! Also very pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable. My entire experience was above expectations. The clinic and staff as a whole was top notch.

Not only did they fit Us in on a Saturday when they were busy, but they were able to do the extractions and treat my husband accordingly. The staff here is amazing. I’m terrified of dentists, and the staff was very reassuring and promised this experience would be different. Y’all they kept all their promises!! It took longer to get numbed than it took the dentist to do my procedure, and he chatted with me and made sure I wasn’t having any breakthrough pain during the procedure. I finally found a dentist office who cares about me and listens without being dismissive or demeaning!
