I recently came into Ideal Dental for a teeth cleaning and some dental work. They were very friendly, and the dentist alleviated my anxiety about the work he would be doing and why it was necessary. One of the best offices around! I had such a different perception of larger companies until I actually came in for a cleaning. The staff is warm and welcoming. They never make it feel like business, but more of a memorable time. The team all strive to provide the best care and are clearly succeeding at it. I’m some one who is terrified on needles and or doctors, but this place was a piece of cake. It’s always a good time.

My first visit and they did not disappoint. It’s sounds small but I knew they would be great when I walked in and they started up a convo with me. Everyone I encountered was very accommodating. I am high anxiety and they had no problem pausing to give me a break when I needed to calm my nerves! I have quite a bit to get done and I’m at ease since I had such a good first experience. My husband will be going next.

I’m always comfortable coming here to get a cleaning! The first time I came, it had been about 2/3 years before I went to a dentist. They were gentle and patient with my cleaning. I had to have wisdom teeth pulled and a cavity filled. Everything worked out well and I decided to keep coming back for cleanings! Awesome staff!

Had a great experience. Tech assistant and dentist were very polite and nice while I was doing a cleaning. They made sure to have me raise my hand if I had any discomfort. I never did though. Went in on December 23rd with No insurance for what I thought was a cracked Crown and discovered I had a cracked Crown and tooth.
They gave me information regarding dental insurance for $129 a year. Scheduled me for oral surgery on 12/28 to have the tooth extraction and possibly get implant.

I brought my mom here so her teeth removal and placement of her bridge. The first appointment, we didn’t wait for even 2 mins when Dr. Shah came out to us in the waiting room to greet us and told us we will be helped any minute. She was very thorough during the procedure and she made my mom feel very comfortable. My mom was very happy with her services from this office and Dr. Shah, she had gotten her bridge done before and she said Dr. Shah did a perfect job. 10/10 highly recommend this dentist office.

They really stay true to their name – IDEAL Dental of East Frisco. ? First thing I noticed when I enter the clinic is the good ambience. It gives out positive vibes specially when greeted by Siedah – the office manager. The clinic is very clean – that includes their well-sanitized restroom. Then I had my comprehensive evaluation and oral prophylaxis done by Brett – the dental assistant, who is very light-handed. My teeth felt very clean but didnt feel any pain at all. Then here comes Dr Ashley Smith – the very accomodating dentist. I liked that she asked what my plans are prior to her explaining to me my options. She is not intimidating at all. She doesn’t sound rushed too. And I loved the visual explanations – not everyone is technical after all. Then after, Siedah recapped the necessary services I need along with the fees – insurance factored in and set my next appointment. All in all, this was a very good experience. KUDOS to everyone!??
