Best dental experience ever!
I had to get a tooth pulled a few months ago at a different Ideal Dental location, and came to the Hurst location to have an implant placed to replace that missing tooth. I didn’t get any sleep (rest) the night before my appointment because I was worried about the pain I’d feel during the procedure and post procedure pain… let me just say… I felt absolutely no pain. The office staff was very warm, welcoming and pleasant from the moment I walked in, throughout the entire procedure. I didn’t need any pain meds after and Dr Potluri called me the day after to check on me… not many Dr’s actually do that after they’ve taken your money. But what a great experience all around. It has been 2 weeks now and I actually looking forward to going back into the office to get the step completed.
I must shout out the assistants as well… Saul and Adrianna… they asked me during me entire procedure how I was doing.

Being a military brat had its perks, but having to go to a military dentist was not fun when I was younger. I had some dental work that needed to be taken care of because I started my new job on Monday. When I got there, I had Seta and Taj doing the pre-visit paperwork followed by Kishma doing the pre-dental work.
Dr. Jou worked hard after hours! She did a wonderful job and I have a beautiful smile once again!!
