I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really appreciated the consideration I received. Everyone is always so fly, and they won what is best for you and your teeth, but they really went above and beyond when I was putting on those sunglasses to protect your eyes from the light. As I put them on they squished my lash extensions into my eye and I flinched. Immediately, the doctor asked me what was wrong, I just let knew my lashes are a bit big but it’s okay, and, even though she didn’t have to, she grabbed a cotton ground and put it in the middle of the glasses so my lashes wouldn’t be damaged. I know it’s something small but when you pay $130 for your lashes to be done every month it’s really appreciated.

Good evening.I just wanted to give my insight on my visit to Ideal Dental.I must say my appointment was Allllll the way IDEAL.First,I was warmly greeted by Scott and Sharon.They were totally professional and informative in what to expect on my visit and explained the ins and outs perfectly.When my name was called ,I went to one of the rooms and was immediately helped by Suzy.While she giving my x-ray(fyi,their technology was better than other places I have been).I had good conversations with Suzy ,come to find out that she has been in denistry for ten years and to add ,her passion has always been denistry since she was a lilttle girl.She looked so yoing,lol She even ended up working for her childhood dentist at one time .How cool was that.. Then i was greatly taken care of by Dr.Pardo and his assistant Shea.Wowwwwwww,they explained showed and taught me things about my teeth that I Never knew.Do’s and Dont’s for my everyday procedures.After my superb session and my excellent cleaning by technician Shea,I was sent back up front where Sharon thoroughly explained my treatment plan and what to expect the next few months.Overall,my visit was on point and and the staff Really made my day .I suggest this dentist office if you truly want to have a healthy and beautiful smile.Thank you.

I do not like going to the dentist, I know it’s necessary but it gives me major anxiety. They were able to see me the same day and there was not one person who wasn’t super friendly. They really make you feel at home, I’ve not found that at a lot of offices so it was really nice. It was fast, they gave me what I needed and I was there less than an hour!

I appreciate everyone at Ideal Dental but the Dental Hygienist was especially kind to me. I am Schizophrenic ( Delusional Disorder ) and deal with so much anxiety and unrealistic thoughts at times. The Dental Hygienist made sure to reassure me, explain everything to me, and even held my hand. I was so embarrassed but not one single time did she make me feel any type of shame. Today is the first day I haven’t had a headache in 3 years! Thank you for taking care of me . I appreciate the professional staff even when her daughter came in during the extraction it calmed me . I thought wow this little girl gets to see what I never did growing up … Successful Black Women in the field of Dentistry. It was a first for me. Thank you for my Peace back, no more pain and thank you for bearing with me. Big huge special thanks to the Hygienist she’s magnificent!

I initially started going here due to a dental emergency I was having. Not only did they take me in right away Dr.Aviv even stayed well after hours to make sure I was out of pain. Needless to say I have been going here ever since. I just finished my treatment plan there and couldn’t be happier. Dr Aviv is an amazing caring dentist and she makes you feel comfortable. Myesha is the best. She takes her time and explains everything to you and she’s easy to talk to. Everyone that I have encountered is friendly and professional. This is just the place to go if you need dental care.
