Friendly and knowledgeable dentist. Had a dry socket from a tooth that had been pulled elsewhere. They did the correct thing by taking an X-ray. Cleaned out the pocket and placed gel packing the hole, to reduce the trauma going on. Had no appointment. They allowed me onto the schedule for the day, as soon as possible. Wonderful experience!

Ideal Dental is Fantastic!!! I’m from Alabama visiting friends. I had a temporary crown come off, front tooth of course. I was miserable… I kept trying to use over the counter tooth glue without success. So with no appointment I fortunately found Ideal Dental on a Friday afternoon! They graciously took me in and within an hour I was no longer snaggle tooth!! They saved my weekend in Flower Mound!! The entire staff was awesome!!! Especially the dental technician that took care of me. I so wish I could remember her name. She was really special. Thank You again y’all were Fantastic!!!

My son and I both received dental care, and unlike visits at other offices, we were overwhelming pleased with our care!!! Like many, we associate going to the dentist as a horrible and painful experience, therefore our level of anxiety walking into the office was off the chart!! We were INSTANTLY comforted by Ashley upon entering the facility, which set the tone for the rest of the experience! Thank you so much!!
My son had extractions, fillings, and cleaning. He had ZERO discomfort!!! He even expressed that he dozed off!! Who does that at the dentist?!? I had a cleaning and a filling without any local anesthetic, and felt absolutely nothing!! I was so surprised how quickly our procedures took to complete!! Dr. O is the best there is hands down!!
Most importantly, the ENTIRE Ideal Dental staff in Cypress is extremely patient, kind, professional and personable. We have found our new home!!

I’ve been to this office twice now and both times the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The hygienists are effective and gentle with your cleanings and Dr. Soto, the dentist, is very kind and informative. I intentionally chose this office because of the mostly-women staff and it has paid off! Coming from a less-than-ideal history with dentists, finding a good office makes all the difference and I can confidently say that I found a great one. 🙂

5 star experience all around! I’ve been in the hunt for a new dentist in our area – and there are so many to pick from. From hello the receptionist was pleasant and helpful, and able to get me on the same day. Everyone I met was pleasant and made you feel welcome. The office is open and comfy, not sterile. I drive all the way from Richardson to this Southlake location because everyone here is best I have seen in a long time. It is already hard to make a dental visit. It is much easier when you deal with personnel who make you feel welcome, a dentist who is very knowledgeable, professional, and doesn’t cut corners. He rather be safe than sorry. His assistants are literally the best EVER! I have anxiety and a really bad gag reflex. I’m a hard patient because of it. This place makes me feel at ease. If you are someone who has such a hard time going to the dentist, I would highly recommend Ideal Dental in Southlake. Dr Aguirre is awesome. He is very patient, explains thoroughly and very good at what he does. I get the feeling everyone here likes their job. They all have great attitudes. This has been my experience ever.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years, so when I first came here I had a lot of anxiety. Dr. Shah and his team were super amazing and patient with me. They talked me through everything and made it overall a really great and comfortable experience. Ever since that first appointment, I haven’t had any anxiety at all for the other appointments I had. Dr. Shah just did my fillings and they came out so amazing, you can’t even tell they’re there, and no pain at all. The scheduling team communicate so well. So far I have had no issues here, only amazing experiences. 100/10 recommend.
