I walk-in on a Saturday the dentist was sitting at the front desk.. I had no appointment inquired on Invisilin.. I really been wanting to set this up for a while.. But just did not have the chance during the week. I was inpressed all the staff was kind & caring from the moment i walked in.
The dentist took me with out an appointment and took my scans got me ready. The technology they used was impressive & made it super easy to complete in a short time that day.
About 3 weeks later I come back for my trays.. The staff had the same level of service.Best experience all around. -

I have been with ideal dental for years! My hygienist Reina is beyond extraordinary. She has been my hygienist for more than 15 years and she does a fantastic job! She takes her work seriously and makes certain that at every cleaning appointment everything is beyond perfect. She is careful ans gentle a true professional. She put my dentist trauma to rest! They are the best Dentistry. My Son has only been going there for a few months. They had to correct the wrong of another Dentistry. They are always so welcoming and when they found out, he was graduating they were so kind enough to shower him with balloons and a gift/card. He enjoys going to the Dentistry. Awesome care here. I needed a root canal done prior to having a bridge placed. The Dentist here is so good!! They explained what they were going to do before they did anything with her and made everything her choice as to whether she wanted to participate or not. I have been going to Dr. Jackson for a few months now and bless him because he’s been doing major dental on someone who has been terrified of a dentist most of my life.
I have got to tell you now that Dr. Henry Lee Jackson is tied with my best dentist ever, Dr. Pruitt. That’s high praise. Pruitt is good with kids and Jackson is good with old ladies 😁
To top off the best Doc is the staff beside of him.
Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful.
I was seriously beaming from watching the staff interacting the other day. THEY ARE THE BEST.
