This was my first visit for my children, and it felt like home. From our first stop with the office manager Ms. Duan, followed by Dr. Weavers assistance Deja and Trevon. And then to end it off with Dr. Weaver who made us feel like this was our 100th meeting when it was our first. They all even made my autistic son feel the utmost comfortable. This is an awesome place to come to take care of your dental needs while feeling like your Dr. and her staff care.

I had my first appointment at ideal dental in Gallatin yesterday, and after years of dental anxiety and not going to the dentist at all, my teeth are horrible and need ALOT of work but Ideal dental and the ladies that work there made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, and most importantly not ashamed of my teeth. They came up with a treatment plan and I’m scheduled to be back in a month to get my work done. So thankful I found a great office to continue going to, even if it’s 2 hours away from where I Live. It’s so worth it and I can’t wait to see my smile when they’re done! 🩷

Had problems getting in with my usual dentist so I looked for another dentist in my network and landed here. Wow I love this place. The people are so nice. The technology is a really very good. This is the first dentist office that didn’t hurt my mouth during x-rays (I am 62). And cleaning was such a breeze. They had a couple of treatments I had not heard of from my other dentists. So I took advantage of all that I could and I highly recommend this business and this location.

Blessings! From the moment I walked through the door, professionals greeted me. Jameisha, the receptionist, was very helpful and remembered me from a phone call. The dental assistant, Caitlin, was funny, personable, and a joy to have as my tech. Then came Dr. Nathani, who explained my options in detail.

Just only one concern was the wait the appointment was at 2:00 p.m. and I got out at 4:30 p.m. but other than that all is so good I would recommend this place I love this place and the people and Dr nat. I’m so impressed by this place. The front desk staff was courteous and efficient. But technician Day went above and beyond. I was so incredibly nervous and he was kind, encouraging and knew his stuff. He truly made me feel at ease. Dr. Mugianto is also really good at working with someone who is fearful of dentist. He was gentle and helped me to understand what was going on. They took my insurance and explained my charges clearly.

The decor is very contour and smooth black ,white and grey. Very Clean and Classic!!
Arrival time was 8:53am for appointment time 9:00am. Waited for about 11 minutes
So far so good. Wait for Part 2 of the final review with the Dentist and how it went.
PART 2
Once I got in my x-rays were done by a beautiful queen name SAPPHIRE she was very attentive, very gentle with the x-rays, knowing that I was in pain first time where it actually felt welcoming, and I’ve never laughed as hard as I did, and cried at the same time due to me being in pain.
WHEN THE DOCTOR DID COME IN DOCTOR ADAMS R, he explained what my treatment plan was going to be and as much as I didn’t get what I wanted done I’m very happy that he persuaded a more safer plan to go about my visit just so that we knew together that doing things right the first time is better than doing things the wrong way and a procedure going south so it was very appreciative about that. I’ll see you in two weeks for my procedure, we need doctors that are like that.
And then also last, but not least the gentleman at the front his name is Jacob. He went over my treatment plan with me, told me what my insurance would pay and what I would be responsible for he knew knowledge, and he was very understanding the information this is one of the best dental offices recommended.
And for those who have Medicaid or Dente quest, they do except always make sure that you contact the office first and provide your information so that they can accurately plan and process what you need done.
