Everyone was extremely nice. This was actually my first trip to the dentist and I’m 30. They were so sweet and explained everything they were doing and why. I got half my teeth cleaned with numbing and didn’t feel a thing. They were extremely attentive, and I’m excited to go back!

I truly admire the location was beautiful and close to home. The front desk girl Arlene was very friendly and supportive. Being my first time she asked all my questions before I did anything. I was comfortable and girl who did my XRay also informed me on everything before she started. Dr Son was amazing, he explained my result and what needs to be done and further on with deep cleaning and goals I need to accomplish.

Had a great experience at Ideal Dental in Gallatin, TN. Filled out info beforehand online so they were able to take me back promptly at my appointment time. Everyone working there was friendly and professional. The lady up front went through a couple of hoops to get my insurance verified, and the crown procedure went as well as one could hope and they started the whole process right away. Office is modern and clean, with state of the art equipment. Great location, too!
