I absolutely loved my experience here! The whole staff is so kind and caring. Miss Deb is such a sweet lady and thoroughly knows the ins and outs of getting new patients set up for their dental care. Dr. Mikheil is absolutely brilliant and positively charismatic. He is the epitomy of efficiency. Miss Felicia is a pro when it comes to time management, making sure to all take the time needed to go over every detail and answer any questions. She does all this while making you feel genuinely cared for. Andrea is upbeat, compassionate, and driven to do what is necessary for each patient, and does so at the highest level. Really enjoyed my experience. Tywana the dental Hygienist was extremely intellectual in her approach, she took her time and not only checked on my teeth, but cleaned them thoroughly. Most of her task were performed by her, ex-rays and such. I met the entire office staff and they were kind.
April is my next visit, excited about teeth cleaning is new, but Delta Dental staff have created a new dental dignitary.

The most incredible dental service I’ve ever had! The information on the website is extremely transparent, booking was a breeze! There was immediate follow up, and as a new patient, I was able to complete all my forms online. The office is clean and relaxing and the entire staff was professional and kind.
They offer a VERY REASONABLY priced plan for evaluation and care, which brings your initial evaluation down to $50 with payments direct deposited monthly (about $17) up to the $199 for the year. This plan gives you major discounts on all services. The paperwork and the payment plans were both transparent and fair.
I was over whelmed with the sophisticated technology used for evaluation and professional yet accessible care I received from my dentist. I will highly recommend to friends and family!

I have been on a roller coaster ride for 8 mos to get a permanent crown with another location. Natasha was so empathetic and the simple words “I’m sorry” as I explained to her what was going on made me feel seen, heard, and valued. Dr. De Jesus (I hope I spelled her name correctly) is so kind and attentive. She walked me through every little thing she was performing. I wish she was permanent!

I have visited several Ideal Dental locations for my family over the years. Ideal Dental Basswood is one of the most efficient dental offices I have ever been to. My husband was experiencing terrible wisdom tooth pain and they immediately jumped into action and spoke with the doctor. He was confident he’d be able to help him without the need of an Oral Surgeon and had him start antibiotics. We were greeted with a huge smile when we walked in the door and had a very short wait time even though we were a few min late due to traffic and the rain. Dr. Arastu was absolutely phenomenal with my husband. He was determined to make sure to extract his broken wisdom teeth. He was professional and made sure we were comfortable and explained every step he was taking. The DA, Stephanie, was incredible too and was amazing at her job. My husband is no longer in pain and the Office Manager, Angela, even called to check on him and make sure he was doing well after his procedure. She was wonderful through the whole experience from the first phone call however, this is ALWAYS my experience with this location.

I have visited several Ideal Dental locations for my family over the years. I love them all but Denton Crossing is probably on of my favorites and where I feel most at home and comfortable. I am ALWAYS greeted with a huge smile from both Tori and Mary as well as the hygienists and Dr. Nicholson. They even come around and give me a hug and it’s so special to me. I mean how often do you actually look forward to coming to the dentist? I definitely do when I am going to Denton Crossing. I had to have a deep cleaning and I was very thoroughly educated on why it was needed, I was shown x-rays and pictures and all of my questions and concerns were answered with patience and kindness. They also explained my insurance benefits in great detail and worked with me regarding pricing. When I went for my 3 mos followup, I shared that I saw the importance and need for the deep cleaning because my gums completely stopped bleeding while brushing every day. Dr. Nicholson is absolutely incredible and extremely knowledgeable. He also has a great chairside manner.

Shout out to the two ladies at the front desk at ideal dental at Kessler Parks.Ms.Terri and Ms.Amber I met these two ladies at Wendy’s on my lunch break and we were discussing my teeth. I told them that I need to have an exam but I didn’t have insurance the lady informed me that they had a special for $59 for exam and .x-rays they could get me in asap. it just pays to be nice sometime God places people in your path when you least expect it, thank you ladies I will share this special with my family and friends who don’t have insurance. And they all so have in house discount plan.

I came here to get a second opinion after experiencing tooth pain for MONTHS because my initial dentist told me everything looked fine. The Dr. immediately noticed high points in some cavity fillings I got and shaved them down. He was super knowledgeable, understanding and so willing to help.
The experience here from the front desk check in, to the dental assistant, to the dentist himself was amazing. Everyone was so sweet and helpful & the environment felt clean and professional. Christy my hygienist was amazing. She explained all treatments and procedures. Before I was charged for services not covered by insurance, Christy had the front office person explain all the charges. I was also able to he fitted for a mouth guard during the same visit. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and polite.
