I started going to Ideal Dental about a year ago. I had a cracked tooth and they had Saturday hours and fit me in without an appointment. Since then I had another tooth crowned and have had two cleaning appointments.
Everyone is very efficient and their fees are about half of my previous dentist. Highly recommend them. -

It’s so hard when you move to a place you’ve never been to find what you need. I moved 1000 miles away from my hometown and have no family here whatsoever. Looking for a dentist, primary doctors and eye doctors are really important to me. I’m all about my hygienes and my children hygiene’s as well. So after almost a year, I found this particular dentist and the staff is so amazing. So friendly, hospitable and professional. It was clean and not crowded. In and out. I don’t like being at any appointment waiting because they over booked. Not here! Your appointment is your appointment and the wait time maybe five minutes and you are called. This is the place I would recommend for dental care.

This was the best dental experience that I’ve ever had. While traveling through the Houston area I lost a temporary crown. Ideal Dental took me in the next morning and created and replaced the temporary crown. The final cost was more than reasonable. The front staff and dental technician were professional and efficient. I was definitely a VIP, a very important patient. I was more than pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend this office.

I have an essix retainer wasFalling apartI came to Ideal Dental on a Saturday,and feeling anxious. I met Rockstars. Dr. JOHN and Klatissa. Dr. John was very knowledgeable and didn’t miss a thing. In addition, he is very compassionate. Karissa remade my retainer the very same day, and it fits, feels, and looks much better than the previous one that I paid a lot for.

Dr. Pardo-Sanchez and his staff are an incredible team and I highly recommend their care for any dental needs. I had sort of a complicated case that turned into a month and a half ordeal, but they were nothing but patient and kind to me throughout the whole journey. Elizabeth is exceptional and she was like my support team when I needed anything (follow up appts/dr notes/etc). Dr. Pardo-Sanchez is one who provides the upmost care to this patients and takes his time to make sure you get the right treatment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else 🙂

I WAS going to MINT dentistry, BUT they we’re telling me false information. I have a very good PPO plan through my employer and mint dentistry was trying to get me TO ? PAY UP FRONT FOR my SERVICES ? and THEN BILL my insurance which I do think is illegal but hey I’m not with them anymore and I’m so glad I’m not. My mom referred me to ideal dental and I have been going here for the last month and they are amazing they did work for me that mint dentistry did not offer. FRONT DESK, MANAGEMENT, the HYGIENISTS and the DENTIST ARE?AMAZING ? and they ACTUALLY ? CARE about YOUR TEETH ? and YOU AS A PERSON ? and give you more insight then I was previously getting from the other place I was going to this is my go to DENTIST from here on out and I LOVE IDEAL DENTAL ??❣️❣️

My children have an extreme fear of dentists. Dr.Carroll & team went above & beyond to ease those fears. My daughter was so impressed that her “sugar bugs”(cavities) were able to be removed without numbing.
I myself have had 2 root canals done & that I was extremely anxious about but got through the whole procedure pain free & was able to go back to work same day.
My husband got all his fillings & started Invisalign same day. The convenience of not having to make multiple appointments to complete dental treatment on top of their superb customer service is really what sets them apart from other dental offices. -

When I was quoted from Ideal, the cost was a third of the previous quote. Affordable and very very attentive to quality of care. This will be our family dental provider from now on. I cannot speak highly enough of this dental group. I’m a nurse and I avoided going to the dentist during the pandemic due to fear of spreading/catching Covid. I was afraid to go in even once things had settled down because it had been about 2 years since I had seen a dentist by then. I went to this Ideal Dental really nervous since I had never had a cavity, and sure enough, I had a few now. The team here was incredible every step of the way in my treatment plan, from front desk to hygienist to dentist. I am so grateful and will continue to return to this location without fear!

After a mixed to negative experience at Lavon Dental. My 2nd choice on my list of 3 is Ideal Dental.
Every lady here is chill and down to earth to talk to. Even the doctor herself. Everyone is so sweet considering we’re at it dentist that’s a little ironic to say but they made me feel less anxious and zero frustrated when it came to my dental insurance problem I had at Lavon Dental only.
Very in depth care. They kept me for around 2 or 3 hours to ensure a treatment plan.
Something Lavon never did either. Or any other dentist I’ve ever seen really. It’s a trait unique to them so far.
Overall very comfortable and ease of communication. Coolest chicks you’ll find in dentistry profession.
