I’ve had a lot of dental work due to various mishaps and generally have rarely if ever had a pleasant experience. Well that changed today. Went in with severe pain thinking my crown was loose as I had no swelling. Got there and it was found I had an abscess which immediately rolled into a root canal. Joy… I’m bad with names but everyone in the place were delightful to say the least! Also, the dentist was a rock star dealing with all my neck and jaw issues. Completed the work without a single nick!!! Then after the facts hey had trouble with my pharmacy. However Sara called multiple times, left messages and finally got me my prescriptions. She also called back to check on me to insure the pharmacy got the correct information. This all around was an excellent experience! Thank you all.

From scheduling my first visit to my most recent visit at Ideal Dental have all been fantastic. The interactions I have had with Quin, Mayuli, Klarissa and Yessenia of the team at the office were excellent. They keep the place moving along. Dr. John is a considerate professional and will let you know what needs to be done. They are all great and I have brought my son for his new patient consultation. The wife will be next.

I have anxiety and bad experiences in my past from previous dentists that kept me from going, but I finally caved and went. Ideal Dental’s staff is super friendly and informative, they put me at ease from the get go. They’re there to help you get on the right path to healthier teeth, not to judge you. They made sure all my questions were asked and answered. Always checked in with me during the whole procedure so I’m not overwhelmed. They made quick work of all my cavities, deep cleaning, and tooth extraction all in one go. No problem. Highly recommend them!

This place rocks, I’m probably one of the worst customers when it comes to dental maintenance. The people I’ve had the pleasure to meet and work with here have always exceeded my expectation with work performed, kindness, patience, and mostly understanding who I am and adapting how to approach helping me be better for my lovely mouth. For me it’s always been tough to find a place that I am able to walk in/out with just about anything my mouth can throw at them. Most of my visits get extended which probably puts them in a scheduling bind for others. They continue to perform and I appreciate it. Again it’s greatness to not have to be rescheduled or referred to a specialist for every little thing. That’s been my experience so far. Thank you!

First off, everyone is so kind here! My oldest and I both had appts today and I had to bring my other 3 children because childcare fell through and they were very accommodating. They didn’t make us feel anything but welcome. Iykyk. Everyone was not only friendly but knowledgeable as well. I do mean everyone from the front office staff to of walking me through and explaining what is needed, what insurance covers and what out of pocket would be to the staff in the back who is working on us and explaining options step by step. I was also able to schedule 4 more appts for less than 2 weeks out.

The staff at this location were phenomenal, from the front desk and beyond. After requesting an appointment online for a non-emergent appointment, the team was able to see me within 24 hours. This is the first time I have been to the dentist in many years, and the team did not make me feel shameful about the work that needed to be done due to my own lack of care. A significant amount of work was required and the team never once complained that I took most of their afternoon time on a Friday.
I was asked many times about my comfort level and was given the opportunities for breaks between as necessary. Would definitely recommend and will be continuing my care with them. -

Probably not common but on my most recent visit (Friday, June ‘22), they were able to see me prior to appointment time. That is really convenient; just wish I lived closer. Dr. Angel is so kind and provides sincere recommendations to help me with the health of my teeth/gums. The person doing my cleaning did great (forgot to get his name). He explained everything as he went along. Glad I didn’t let moving to another county talk me into switching dentists; they are worth the drive in my opinion.

Don’t believe the low star reviews. I had a wonderful experience!! Compared to previous dental places, this was a spa treatment for my teeth! Dr. Albright and the lead dental assistant, Esha, were super sweet, gentle, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained what treatment is best for my teeth.
