Ileana at the front desk is always sweet and greets you with a smile. Samantha took my X-rays and got me settled in. Sam is beyond gentle and courteous, a true professional. Deidra was my hygienist and was also very courteous and professional. I’m not a fan of coming to the dentist but I really like this office.

Today I met Dr. Castro for the first time. She took her time reviewing my images and assisting with the cleaning of my teeth. She was very professional and made me as a patient feel that the time I dedicate to my dental hygiene is not going to waste. Her exact words were, “She was very impressed with how clean I keep my teeth with braces and she’ll take her last patient of the day as the easiest”. I walked out of my appointment all smiles!

First time here and have to say the service was fast friendly and caring! I came in to get a chipped tooth fixed. Appointment was at 11AM. They were already doing my x-ray 5 minutes arrived (10:40AM). Dr. Pham is very professional and friendly!
The staff here is super nice and informative! Definitely a change from other offices where you are just a number. 10/10 would recommend.

I was in tremendous pain and needed a root canal ..after calling multiple dentist around none of them had any availability. I called Ideal Dental and the lady I spoke with was very nice and told me to come in so they can help. When I got to the dentist office the staff is super friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. When the actual root canal started I was nervous and expecting to feel the worse, but to my surprise they did it so fast and professionally that I didn’t realize it was done. I was shocked because it was a very fast process with little to no pain.. I highly recommend Ideal Dental for any kind of dental work.. thank you again to the staff for helping me get rid of my pain and thanks for being extremely helpful and nice.
