I had some issues with my insurance before coming into the office, they kept in contact and answered every question I had. The office itself is very welcoming, clean, friendly, and technologically advanced (cool new scanning tools I’ve never seen at other offices) I’ll continue to come back here.

My experience with Dr. Baez and his wonderful staff at Ideal Dental was beyond what I expected!!
I underwent an extensive dental restoration process that from the beginning I was extremely nervous and unsure. From the moment I walked into the office everything felt right! I spent over 5 hours at my first visit and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
The results of this long awaited process has brought me such happiness..MY SMILE IS BACK ???
Dr. Baez and his staff made me feel truly as a patient should feel, listened to, cared for and part of a special family!!! Highly, Highly recommend ???????? -

it’s not normal to say i love a dentist office but i can’t help but enjoy every visit with a dentist like dr. dinh and the staff! i recently had a molar chip and they got me in for an emergency appointment on a saturday before a long work trip for my temporary.
when it was time to get my permanent crown, they were out of a pregnancy-safe anesthesia and solomon drove to another ideal dental to fetch some to get the procedure done!
wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone looking for new dental care!

The people were very nice and Dr. Watson did a great job on a chipped tooth & a cavity.
The only negative was the waiting. My appointment was at 9am & I was there until 11:15 am.
I did schedule a follow up. -

The staff was very nice, friendly, and efficient with the care and service entered. Dr. O. was awesome. She explained your treatment plan to you, and answered all of your questions about your plan. There is no doubt about the cost of treatment. I really enjoyed my service today and I look forward to future treatments at Ideal Dental.

This was my first visit with Ideal Dental in Kissimmee. I have to say I was very impressed! Gloria, my hygienist was amazing, very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Shaw was kind and patient, he explained everything he was doing each step of the way. The front desk staff were so welcoming and I was made to feel as if I had been a patient for years, it was a warm family atmosphere for sure! I will definitely be returning for all my future dental needs going forward!

I’ve had insecurities and problems with my teeth my whole adult life and the folks at Ideal Dental put my mind at ease when it came to the long process of fixing my teeth. They have a great dental plan for those of us w/out dental insurance and walked me through each step of getting my teeth back to good health.
