The staff here is SO patient and helpful! Both of my daughters had to have procedures done today, and they were very accommodating. My 11 year old was very nervous and they were able to calm her down and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this dental office!

The staff at the katy Ideal Dental were amazing! Liz the Receptionist at the front desk was very welcoming. Stephanie the dental assitant and DDS George are the team to beat! They made me feel comfortable told me every step of what they were doing. Doctor George told me what should be done first and what could wait. They were great especially since it was a saturday and most would want to rush out to enjoy the weekend.

Ideal dental UP is an absolute delight to visit. I went to see them today for my first appointment with them and everyone just had spectacular customer service and a great attitude. There were some issues with my insurance But they still proceeded with my appointment (plus they have TVs in the rooms) unfortunately due to my insurance being private I was unable to use it there. None the less they were so kind and caring the entire time even though I was not even a patient of there’s yet. Stacy was incredibly helpful and informative on the insurance issue. But everyone was amazing, unfortunately I did not get everyone’s name but the receptionist, the assistants, and the doctor were all fantastic. They even have a program for people who are uninsured, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you staff you were all so sweet -Ali Fouch
